Seán’s dedication to the success of the Harbourmaster Bar and Restaurant has ensured its constant movement with the times, with contemporary interior design rejuvenation, refreshed food and drink menus and regular in-house entertainment – ensuring a sleek, energetic and friendly vibe!

Multi-business owner Seán Doyle is owner and managing director of several successful hospitality venues throughout the country. Seán has been hugely involved in the running of the Harbourmaster since May 2010 and continues to play a leading role in its development.
Head Chef Jay has been the talent and expertise behind our menus since February 2023. After his Advanced Degree in Culinary Arts in London, he spent the next two years travelling around the world and experimenting with many different cuisines in Michelin-starred restaurants, hotels, event venues and cruise ships. Jay’s plates are the right mix between fresh and tasty flavours and healthy portions for a satisfying and fulfilling food experience.
Marketing & Sales Manager
Maria joined the team in November of 2016, returning from Canada where she spent over 3 years working in Marketing & Events for Canada’s leading university, the University of British Columbia, gaining invaluable international marketing and events, along with administration and office managerial experience. Maria has over 6 years of sales and advertising experience working for both Channel 4 and TV3 Television stations.
